In May 2023 I'm going to be hiking over 200 miles of the Camino Way from Porto to Santiago de Compostela in aid of The Graham Fulford Charitable Trust, which aims to raise awareness of good prostate health.

The Graham Fulford Charitable Trust (GFCT) was set up by Graham Fulford to promote awareness of Prostate Cancer following the diagnosis of a close friend who died at the age of 58 and a close family member who died in 2007 from prostate cancer after a valiant fight.

Charity starts at home - so a portion of the proceeds will go towards testing people in Hinstock, the Shropshire village where I've lived for the last 22 years.
