I am running the Clearer Water Antrim Coast Half Marathon on the 27th of August 2023 to raise funds for Air Ambulance Northern Ireland.

This is a personal challenge for me and I'm sure my ego and old knees will suffer a bit, but it's all for a good cause! Any donation, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.
