Manchester Childrens Hospital has looked after my grandson Spencer who was born with a genetic disease and has weekly treatment from them also had several life saving operations and he’s now reached 12 years which is great so please give generously as I’m walking with a team of 14 to Skegness in 3 1/2 days total 78 miles
