Story
I will be climbing Mount Blanc and Gran Paradiso mountains in the Alps in June this year to raise money for a local charity community centre based in Chester called Live! Cheshire. Live! Cheshire is an accessible club for children and young people with learning difficulties and needs. My daughter Maria who has Smith-Magenis Syndrome attends Live! regularly and they have helped to develop her social and independant living skills significantly.
Live! Cheshire's aim is to provide high quality learning and recreation activities which are accessible and responsive to the needs of children, young people and adults with any disability They promote integration, celebrate people's differences and recognise and implement equal opportunities throughout the organisation.
We achieve all this by:
* Putting all our members first in everything we do
*Providing high quality activities
*Linking in with the local community
