On 13th June 2026, Mom and I will be taking on The Wall - a 70 mile ultra that follows Hadrians Wall from Carlisle to Newcastle. It will be my first ultra and Mom’s penultimate. (We both have a follow up event booked in the Lake District in July too. 50 miler for me and a 100 miler for Mom - total madness.) Training has already started and our long runs are getting longer! Your support and sponsorship means the world to us as we build our training through the coldest, darkest months, into the rainy spring to be ready for our summer races!

We have chosen to fundraise for St Barnabas Hospice who provided support for Barry, Mom and Richard and I during the most difficult of times.

St Barnabas Hospice is a local independent charity who supports more than 12,000 people across Lincolnshire affected by a life-limiting or terminal illness each year. They deliver free, high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients, their families and carers. They aim to enable them to live as fully as they are able for however many days, weeks or months they have left.

They are reliant on the financial support the community provides, to be there for more patients, their families and carers, every day of the year.
