I am dragging my arse into the MMA cage at the ripe old age of 47 and am the oldest participant.

I have chosen a charity that is very important to me. They rescue dogs from countries with much worse conditions and rehome them into loving homes. I have recently adopted 2 dogs from them and those dogs have changed my life.
