Story
I’m about to take on a massive challenge: the 165km Oman Desert Ultra Marathon! This race will push me to my limits, and it’s not just for the thrill (or the blisters). I want to make it count by raising money for Prostate Cancer UK.
This isn’t your average race—it’s 165km, fully self-sufficient, meaning I have to carry all my own food, gear, and essentials for survival across the Oman desert.
The conditions will be intense, with scorching daytime heat and cold nights, where we’ll be sleeping on the sand, exposed to the elements.
It’s going to be brutal, but it’s nothing compared to the fight thousands of men face every year with prostate cancer. Prostate Cancer UK is working hard to find better treatments and early detection methods, which could save countless lives.
Thanks so much for taking the time to visit my page and for any support you can offer—it truly makes a difference!
