2026 starts my journey of Super Halfs ! In October I will be running a half marathon in Cardiff and what a great way of helping those that look after animals that can’t speak up!

For 200 years (and counting) the RSPCA has been here to rescue animals from cruelty and neglect and to speak up for millions more, to change laws, industries, attitudes and behaviour.

We believe that a world that’s better for animals is better for us all, and that every kind of person can make a difference.

With you by our side, we’ll help even more animals.
