Along with my wife Mel and good friends Beth and Suzanne I am going to be taking on the 2024 Coniston Challenge to support Alder Hey Children's Hospital on Saturday 6th July. The challenge consists of a 15km bike ride, 11.8km hike to the summit of the iconic Old Man of Coniston and finally a 3km canoe on Coniston Water all in the same day.

With my sporting days well and truly behind me this, with our team, will be a tremendous challenge but I am very much looking forward to taking the challenge on and most importantly raising some funds and awareness for this amazing charity. The work that the hospital does for its patients and their families is incredible and if I can do my little bit to support the hospital then that is amazing.
