Hardrian’s wall coast to coast · 17 June 2024

Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

Following the diagnosis of a work colleague with MND at the age of 36 a group of us have been inspired to raise funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. For that reason we will be walking the length of Hardrian's Wall in five days, from Bowness-on-Solway to Wallsend.

This is a cruel disease which can effect anybody at anytime with the likes of Rob Burrows currently fighting and raising the profile of the charity, to help in a very small way we have taken on this challenge.

I on a personal note would be extremely grateful for any donations no matter how much, it will be a challenge walking the 90 miles over 5 days but we hope it to be worth the effort.

Thanks for visiting this page and again I would appreciate any support.
