Coco's fundraiser for Bodmin Keep Army Museum

Paul Cocoran is raising money for Bodmin Keep Army Museum
Bodmin Keep, built in 1859 was the headquarters of the earliest regiment in Cornwall, the Cornish Militia. Today the Keep is home to an accredited museum telling our visitors the story of 300 years of soldiering in Cornwall.

I'm very proud to have served from boy Soldier to Senior NCO and extremely proud to have been asked by the Regiment to speak at the opening of the Light Infantry Memorial at the National Arboretum in Staffordshire over 10yrs ago.

Always wanting to give something back I am now turning my efforts and spare time to raise much needed funds for our Light Infantry Museum in Bodmin, formerly based at Winchester.

The Museum is undergoing repairs and this as well as the thousands of pounds each month to keep open they need all the help we can give.

I remember when there was an outcry when the DLI Museum was formally closed, hence my appeal to lend a hand.

Keeping our Museum intact for future generations to enjoy and learn from our forebears

Please donate what you can and we'll get the Light Infantry Museum to where they want to be.

Thanks for reading to the end
