Hi, I'm Voice Actor Paul MacEoghain. I'm going to do a live 24 hour stream reading the classic papperbok "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" by the absolute genius that was Douglas Adams.

Now I'm pretty sure that if you've clicked on this page you will have a pretty good idea of the story, read all six books (yes, even the underrated imo Eoin Colfer's "...and Another Thing") listened to the Radio show, watched the 1980s TV show, seen the movie, bought the records, escaped the Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal and have survived the Total Perspective Vortex. I bet you're all totally cool froods who really know where their towel is too! Totally hoopy.

When I saw the ad for the Mind live stream, I wanted to do my part to raise money for them.

I've been battling my own personal demons for over twenty years now. I suffer from agoraphobia, I struggle with depression and still have anxiety attacks when I'm out in public.

So I did several online courses in voice acting and I found that talking to others over Zoom was far easier than actually meeting them in person. So, I became a voice actor and recorded an audiobook for Audible, acted in a multi award-winning animation, became a part of a forthcoming scripted comedy podcast and made many good friends along the way.

My live stream will be split into hour long episodes on my Youtube channel. In fact it will be the first thing on my channel since I set it up, so I'm hoping that once you've listened to the first "chapter", you'll subscribe to hear the rest AND MAKE THAT ALL IMPORTANT DONATION TO THIS PAGE!!! 😁😁

I'm starting at the beginning with the first book and will follow that up with as many of the novels as I can fit into 24 hours (although, if enough people join me and subscribe, I'd like to do all six books) and raise as much money as I can for Mind.
