The Psoriasis Association is the leading national charity working for people with psoriasis and all donations received help to sustain our work in supporting people affected by psoriasis, raising awareness of the condition and funding research.

As a member of the Idola Motorsport team competing in the GB4 Championship, I plan to run all the tracks during the season as part of my running regime. I have already run Oulton Park and Silverstone circuits; I will run Donington at the end of June prior to the London 10k, then Snetterton and Brands Hatch later in the summer.

If anyone who knows me (or even if you don’t) would like to sponsor me for the 10k on 12th July in London, I would really appreciate it.
