On May the 18th I'm starting a cycle ride from Whitehaven on the Weat coast, and cycling to Tynemouth on the East Coast of England. I'm doing it in four stages and carrying all my camping gear with me.

I'm trying to raise money for Supportability, a charity who provide support for people with physical disabilities.
