I’m doing the 2025 Great North Run in support of Blue Sky Trust, a charity based in Cumbria and the North East which supports those living with HIV.

It also means a lot to me to be doing the run this year as those of you who know me closely will know and understand.

Blue Sky says, “We rely on the support of the local community and are deeply thankful for the support that we receive.

“The money raised here will make a difference to the lives of those living with HIV. You will be playing an active part in forging a positive society where people living with HIV experience happy, healthy and prosperous lives, free from stigma and discrimination.
