Meet Paul! He has spent his life helping others. From a long career in health care, to volunteering at Bassetlaw Foodbank in his spare time in retirement.

For many years Paul has volunteered in the warehouse, sorting through thousands of donations, preparing food parcels for countless families all over the district, and has made approximately 11,000 cups of tea to keep the other volunteers well quenched.

And if that wasn’t enough, he wants to shave ALL of his hair off in the name of charity! That’s right, Paul will be letting down his luscious locks one last time before braving a head shave this July.

His goal is to raise £500 for BFB by doing this! So, what can you do to help him achieve his dream?
