It’s now become a tradition of mine to enter the Syd Quirk half marathon each year and raise funds for Charity always in memory of my good friend Paul Yates. This year I have changed it up a bit. I will always be running in memory of Paul but this year as my chosen charity is MND Isle of Man I will also be running in memory of a great man, Dave Whittle. Dave fought his battle with this horrible condition bravely and comforted all the way by his amazing family, who I am honoured to call my friends. I just want to raise as much as we can to put to very good use to help those who suffer the same fight, some for many years and need constant care. So please, in memory of two great men, donate whatever you can to this great cause. Thank you
