🏃‍♂️ 52 Weeks, 52 10Ks, 520 Kilometres 🏃‍♂️

At 76 years young, Paul Heenan has taken on an inspiring challenge: to complete 52 weekly 10km runs between November and October, covering a total distance of 520 kilometres. He’s over half way there!

A regular at parkruns, Paul has been steadily working towards his goal and this weekend completed the Viking Half Marathon as part of his fundraising efforts for The HOPE Foundation’s PBK Girls Protection Home in Kolkata. ❤️

Being the father of 11 children (7woman) the challenge is not just about kilometres — it’s about helping provide safety, care, education and opportunity for vulnerable girls who are supported through the PBK Girls Protection Home.
