I'm taking part in the 5k Yorkshire Tough Mudder event in July 2025 (you can see how tough it is on youtube) to raise money for the East Lancashire Masonic Charities which gives 100% of the money raised to vulnerable and needy people in the East Lancashire area to help those less fortunate.

Any donation, large or small will be gratefully received and sent straight to the charity.
