South Coast Challenge 2024 · 7 September 2024 ·

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

On Saturday 7th September I will be completing in the South Coast 100 km continuous Ultra Challenge which includes a 2,170 Climb. Starting in Eastbourne I will be running along the coastal path, over the South Downs to Arundel. With the Stroke Association close to our hearts I have decided to fundraise funds for them to help in support they give to survivors. Any donation will be greatly received and spur me on. Thank you
