I am a Childrens Services Manager with Action for Children In Northern Ireland. I manage a Cluster of our Services in Fermanagh and Omagh. We are seeing widespread cuts across the sector and the everyday lives of families blighted by poverty and inflation.

This year I will be sleeping out again in a Portaledge (a small temporary suspended platform) on the side of Fairhead Cliff in county Antrim. Spending the night 100 metres up its certainty important to think about Safety and Stability. For the young people we work with a Safe and Stable Home is an absolute essential. I'm thinking basics here; A home, Food and Warmth. But also the importance of wellbeing and Hope. Our services are on the ground in Northern Ireland doing exactly that.
