My step dad Paul Scriven passed away on the 21st December. As a tribute to Paul’s life Im going to be running the Birmingham half marathon on 3rd May for the British heart foundation.

Last February Paul had an operation to replace a valve in his heart (he became part cow) which was a running joke in the family especially at Nathan’s wedding where the hotel we was staying at the highland cows would flock and stand next to Paul’s room 😆 I’m sure in their language they were going ‘one of us one of us’

The British heart foundation gave Paul so much support before and after the operation and with the tag team with myself and Nathan raising money for a great cause it could help someone else or another family in times of need, which I think Paul would appreciate as a great tribute to him as many of you would know he was a kind selfless guy who would do anything to help others.
