Guts in Motion has been raising hundreds of thousands of pounds for research into Crohn's Disease for many years. Started by four close friends, including Michael Seres, GIM became known for its challenging, yet fun ride, full of camaraderie, spirit and fabulous crew.

GIM 2024 is extra special as we are raising money in memory of our Dad, Michael. Sadly loosing his life in May 2020, not only was our Dad the most incredible father, husband and friend, but an excellent fundraiser.

Please join us in July 2024 as we bring back Guts in Motion, one of his proudest fundraising achievements, in his memory.

This is my fifth GiM ride and I am delighted to support this great cause yet again.
