In memory of my two sisters Lorraine and Sandra.

In addition to The Mens Day Out, I will be participating in the Carten 100, which is a 100 mile cycle from Cardiff to Tenby. Hopefully, weather depending Snowdonia both events in May.

Mens Day Out completed onto next event CarTen 100 cycle 9th May. So far £300 target reached aiming for a further £300.
