Nottinghamshire Search and Rescue Team is a registered charity and is funded entirely by donations and grants. Our dedicated volunteers are on call 24x7x365, ready to respond to calls from the Police to aid in the search for missing vulnerable people. It's a tireless commitment that requires immense dedication.

Operating the team comes at a cost. Each year, we need to raise over £20,000 to keep our operations running smoothly. This includes essential expenses such as insurance, equipment, and training. Every penny counts towards ensuring that we can provide the best possible support in times of crisis.

Our members are true heroes. They selflessly give up hundreds of hours each year for training, on-call duties, and fundraising efforts. Their unwavering passion for helping others is what drives us forward.
