Just over 4 years ago I lost my dad to Pulmonary Fibrosis, it was all very sudden, An immensely fit and active Man throughout his life, this illness never reared itself until 8 weeks before and came as an absolute shock to the family, Like everything in his life he met this head on and put up a brave fight, but unfortunately this was a fight he could not win. R.I.P DAD x Miss you mate xx
