As part of a team I are going to try and walk 1,000,000 steps in 24 hours on 8th July. This means I have committed to do 100,000 steps or 42 miles. In comparison that is almost 2 times a marathon distance and 20 times what I would normally do on a work day.

I always like supporting local charities and Isabel Hospice is such a great charity who work so hard to support individuals and families in the hardest time of their lives.

Isabel Hospice has been providing free palliative care to its patients and their families since 1982. We provide support and care to people in eastern Hertfordshire who are affected by life-limiting illnesses through our Hospice at Home, In-Patient Unit, Community Team, Living Well with Isabel programme and our Family and Bereavement support service.
