22nd to 26th April 2026 - Thames Ring 250 mile Ultra marathon

4 day non stop 250+ mile footrace against the clock - 100 hours to complete with strict cut offs along the way.

Where sleep deprivation is very real, this event tests both physical and mental barriers, right to the edge.

A gruelling event which has a very high DNF rate every year as people attempt to finish this iconic event.
