The Circulation Foundation is striving to create a world where all people are free from all vascular diseases. Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As some of you know I am taking on the Race to the Stones in July with my twin brother Phill. It is a 100km jaunt over 2 days along the Ridgeway in Wiltshire.

I wanted to set myself a challenge this year and get fitter, others think this maybe some sort of knee destroying midlife crisis! Either way it would be a good way to raise some money for the Circulation Foundation.

The Circulation Foundation is the charitable arm of the Vascular Society of Great Britain and Ireland, my professional society that I have been a proud member of for many years.

Everyday I look after patients affected by vascular disease and see the devastation caused by poor blood supply to the legs that results in pain, disability and amputation. Often it is entirely preventable. Donating whatever you can spare will help fund education to raise awareness and research into treatments of this horrible disease.

Thanks in advance!
