We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

On the 2nd of December 2023 our Nana was out for breakfast on her 70th birthday when she suffered a severe haemorrhagic stroke.

It was a massive shock to our whole family as she is a very fit lady who is the center of our whole family.

Since the stroke she has been working incredibly hard on her recovery and was lucky enough to be accepted into a clinical exercise trial and has thankfully been making great progress.

We would like to raise some money on her behalf to acknowledge the great support she has received, support any future research into strokes and also to show her that her will and determination has inspired us.

Dominic will be doing a challenging Cycle to the Stadiums of North Lanarkshire and Joseph will be doing several litter picking expeditions.

Dominic’s challenge will involve 4 Cycles

Cycle 1: Our house- Fir Park Stadium & Hamilton Community Stadium

Cycle 2: Our House - Excelsior Stadium & Cliftonhill (Airdrie and Albion Rovers)

Cycle 3: Our House to Celtic Park a pilgrimage to his favourite team. Please don't let that put anyone off from sponsoring us :)

Joseph's Litter Picking

Week 1: Barons Haugh

Week 2: West Crindledyke Park (his Nana's local park)

Week 3: Belhaven Park (his gran's local park)

Week 4: Ayr beach (Joseph loves the ocean and wants to stop as much litter as he can going in to the sea)
