On the weeknd of July 25th, i will be running the Montane Lakeland 100 in memory of my father in law - Dr Gurupada Kundu to support Lindsey Lodge Hospice, a Lincolnshire charity dedicated to compassionate care for individuals facing life-limiting illnesses. The event starts in Coniston, heading up to Penrith in a circular loop covering 105 miles (170k) and 22, 490 ft elevation.

Guru spent nearly 50 years working in the NHS dedicated to patient care.
