#TeamHandsum have been inspired by Kevin Sinfield and Rob Burrows to go again we have set ourselves a target of an event once a month, we have already double booked hence the 12+ this will include Half Marathons, Full Marathons, Bike rides, Walks, Pen y fan to include memory walk and a Reindeer event we will look to finish the year in December with #TeamHandsums 7 in 7 of something to pick up with Kevs traditional event, we are very much about making awerness as much as raising much needed funds so if we pick up a volunteer along the way we've done a job, so we'll be raising much needed funds for the MNDA community of the MND Association Cardiff & Vale Branch, we have friends joining us along the way so if you wish to help by joining us get in touch and share our JustGiving page for sponsorship
