Truly humbled by the generosity for this great cause, I am honoured to be running for!

As many of you know, Elaine and I have experiences our own health issues and now I have been given a chance to give something back!

As many of you know at the start of 2024 I wasn't able to run for a minute and following my diagnosis with diabetes I made a conscious effort to beat it taking up walking and then running....... who would of thought 14 months later I'd be running for 26 miles!

This is going to be a massive effort for me being old and overweight and your donation will help motivate on the cold wet and icey starts, all donations will help this wonderful charity make lives better, and they will be very grateful for every penny.
