The Maddie Rose campaign began in 2022 in celebration of the life of Maddie Rose, an inspirational young woman who was dedicated to showcasing the aspirational careers available in the sector she cared for so passionately.

The funds raised on Maddie Rose Day in September, helps to support the Construction Youth Trust, whose work in our sector encourages diverse young talent to discover rewarding careers that enable them to reach their full potential.

For this reason I have decided to raise money and awareness of this fantastic trust, by cutting off my long hair - yes you heard me right. As many of you know, this has been my trademark for a number of years now.

The moment will be marked in history by photos & a video recording, so I hope you will help me to mark the occasion, by digging deep and donating to this brilliant cause, even if it is to watch me cry as it happens!
