Hey guys- I’m cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats in September to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK!

Here are some facts;

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men.

More than 52,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year on average – that's 144 men every day.

Every 45 minutes one man dies from prostate cancer – that's more than 12,000 men every year.

Our family has had first hand experience of living with Prostate Cancer this year - as so many families have.

And all I know is that the work that Prostate Cancer UK do is improving people’s outcomes - and we need to raise funds and awareness to keep this going.

So I will be cycling 990 miles in September to raise some pennies for this amazing cause.

It will be hard - even though I am the most amazing cyclist I have ever met!

( slight joke there )

So when I’m 4 days in, and feeling like giving up - I need your support, and pledges, to keep me going!

This will be a real challenge (ie I have some serious training to do!)
