The Lions Club Of Tavistock, a registered charity, organises regular road trips to a Ukrainian warehouse in Poland to drop off much needed essential supplies donated by the good folk of Tavistock. The cost of this to our club is around £2000 per trip to make the 2600 mile road journey to Warsaw and back, requiring 2 or 3 of our club members per van to share the driving.
