Story
Last year was my first time tackling the London to Brighton Cycle, and Ditchling Beacon nearly had me calling for an ambulance! This year I’m back, aiming to beat my time and raise even more for the London Ambulance Charity.
As someone who works behind the scenes, it’s a great feeling to be able to support the crews in a different way. Every pound raised helps fund things like wellbeing support trucks and station upgrades — the stuff that makes a real difference to those saving lives every day.
If you can spare a few quid, I’ll give it everything I’ve got and might even manage not to have to walk my bike up that hill this time!
