I'm getting back on the bike for 1 more epic ride to help weldmar hospicecare!!

In 2023,i rode from lands end to dorchester weldmar,raising £3600 in memory of our mum,Elaine Stockley,to mark the 1st anniversary of her passing after a long battle with cancer.

Sadly after a short illness our dad,Ian Stockley passed on july 22nd 2024. To mark this date i'll be getting back on my bike for another epic 1 day ride. Dad was a farmer for 50 years in the great county of Dorset and loved the countryside.

So the plan is the cycle the perimeter of Dorset in an anticlockwise direction.

Starting from his resting place of affpuddle,the route will take in wareham,swanage poole,bournemouth,christchurch, verwood,shaftsbury,gillingham, sherborne,yeovil, lyme regis bridport,weymouth and finish again at weldmar hospicecare

This route is around 155 miles,all to be done in a single day!!
