My late wife would not expect me to stand still and grieve. So I am going to carry my memories of her with me and do something for all of us.

I know that I am not alone having lost a loved one to cancer.

I know that I am not alone in having to adapt to life as a cancer widower.

I know that I am not alone in having to deal everyday with the grief that follows the loss of a loved one.

I know that I am not alone in wanting memories of their loved one (my only solace) not to fade.

I know that I am not alone in expecting any special treatment.

I know that sadly I won't be the last.

BUT

I can use the death of my wife Alison in October 2022, as an emotional force to drive me to helping us all.

My Focus is to undertake a month long, 3000 mile solo motorcycle ride around Europe in September 2026, to raise money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. This tour is supported by both Vines of Guildford Motorrad and BikeSure. Their support is very much appreciated.
