Dear friends, thankyou for taking the time to visit my JustGiving fundraiser.

On the 27th June this year I shall travelling to Ukraine to spend two weeks volunteering for HopeFull, an NGO striving to give hope to war-torn and
disaster-struck communities by
serving up a simple meal, delivered
with warmth and compassion.

Since Ukraine was invaded in February 2022, HopeFull have been present across the country, serving freshly baked pizzas, snacks and drinks to communities in desperate need.

They often operate in regions with little or no other foreign aid or NGO support. From Kharkiv in the far north, Odesa in the south, along with Kherson and Zaporizhzhia on the eastern edge of Ukrainian controlled territory, they have cooked over 1.5 million pizzas for the local population.

My travel and time volunteering is self funded; I am not asking you to consider sponsoring me, however if you feel able to donate towards the ongoing efforts of HopeFull in Ukraine I'd be extremely grateful for such heartwarming generosity.

HopeFull are able to provide someone in need with a fresh, hot pizza for £1. However, to put that into context, they're also able to serve 200 pizzas every 15 minutes, demonstrating the huge demand they're responding to.

Any donations you can make will help them continue and build on their current operation in Ukraine and future operations in other places across the world.
