I’ve needed the Christie’s for the last 6 years, as I’ve gone through my own cancer journey. I was diagnosed with stage 4 sarcoma back in 2018.

I was lucky enough to get a place in this years London marathon and I see it as an opportunity to raise vital funds for a great charity.

I am currently on treatment myself and I just want to give something back to the Christie while I can, as this maybe the last opportunity I have to take part in such an event.

So not only will it be my first ever marathon but knowing we can raise funds for them as well, will make the experience even more memorable and worth while.
