British Heart Foundation...

As you know, there are lots of great charities out there! but i've decided to do the London to Brighton "Off Road" bike ride, on Saturday 20th September 2025, for the "British Heart Foundation".

I'm aware that money can be tight for some of you and i really hate to ask for sponsor ship money, so there is no pressure whatsoever. but if there are any of you who would like to sponsor my cycling antics, for the British Heart Foundation, then your contributions would be very much appreciated.
