As a dedicated HGV driver, I am acutely aware of the heightened risks that diabetes and mental health issues pose within our industry. To support these critical causes, I will be embarking on an exhilarating cycling journey along the breathtaking North West Coast of Scotland in 2025, with the aim of raising funds for two life-changing charities: Diabetes UK and Mind Mental Health.
