I’m completing in Hyrox in November and hope to rise a little money for MacMillan. If you don’t know of Hyrox, look it up, it’s brutal. 8 x 1km runs with 8 functional and testing workstations including ski, push, pull, burpee broad jump 80m!, row, farmers carry, lunge and wall balls.
