Please help me raise money for this wonderful charity who provide so much support for people suffering with dementia and their families.

I have decided to do this walk in my beautiful home county as my summer challenge this year. I see the difficulties my patients and their families face in my professional life and also now on a personal basis with my own family.

Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

They do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.
