I'm taking part in a Abseile in honour of the amazing team at Smart Works Leeds

It's a charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interviews.

They empower each woman by giving her the clothes, coaching and confidence she needs to succeed.

After visiting Smart Works Leeds, 62% secure a job within a month, gaining financial independence and starting a new chapter.
