We are raising money in loving memory of our Headteacher, Mrs Emma Cole, who passed away on 31st December 2025 following a brave and dignified battle with cancer.

Mrs Cole was an extraordinary leader and a much-loved member of our community. She worked tirelessly to support the children, families and staff at Malvern Way Infant & Nursery School, Croxley Green for the last 10 years. Prior to this, Mrs Cole taught at both Shenley and Bromet Primary Schools where she also left a lasting impact. Mrs Cole has always led with compassion, strength and kindness. Her impact reached far beyond the classroom, and she leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire us all.

The Malvern Way team, alongside other local school communities, family and friends, are coming together to raise funds for Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care as a heartfelt thank you for the incredible care, dignity and kindness they showed Mrs Cole and her loved ones during such a difficult time. This fundraising effort is our way of honouring her memory while supporting a charity that meant so much to her and her family.

Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care provides free, specialist care and support for adults and children living with life-limiting illness, as well as for their families. Their dedicated teams of nurses, doctors and healthcare professionals offer compassionate care in people’s homes and in hospice settings, helping patients live as comfortably and fully as possible. They also provide emotional support, practical advice and bereavement care for families, ensuring no one has to face serious illness or loss alone.

By raising money for Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, we hope to help them continue their vital work and to ensure that other families receive the same exceptional care, comfort and compassion that meant so much to Mrs Cole and those closest to her.
