I am taking on a challenge to support families affected by PANS and PANDAS this July.

I felt that as PA to the Chair of this amazing charity, it was only right that I stepped up and took on a challenge of my own for this fundraiser too.

I will be abseiling down Millennium Point in Birmingham along with lots of other amazing people raising money and awareness of PANS and PANDAS.

PANS PANDAS UK are a small charity striving to make a difference for children affected with PANS and PANDAS.

PANS and PANDAS conditions are triggered by a misdirected immune response following many childhood illnesses, resulting in neuro-psychiatric symptoms such as OCD, tics, eating disorders and anxiety along with many more.

More commonly affecting children, these conditions can be isolating and life changing. PANS PANDAS UK's mission is to ensure speedy diagnosis and effective treatment for sufferers by educating the medical community as well as offering support to sufferers and their families.
