Here I am again, with another big challenge to raise money for this amazing charity!

I know myself how refreshed I feel after a holiday.... relaxed, re-invigorated, enthusiastic and ready to take on new challenges. The change of scene and routine can work wonders, visiting somewhere new, meeting new people and experiencing activities that can energise me for the rest of the year. This is something most of us get to experience on holiday, but it's not so easy to arrange a holiday when you have a physical or mental disability. Over recent years I have been inspired by the fantastic holiday opportunities that the Green Island Trust can provide to those for whom a holiday can be something more complicated to organise, and I want to raise money to help Green Island Trust continue to give these wonderful experiences to as many people as possible.

I am cycling 200 miles in 24 hours, from Peterborough to the inspiring York Cathedral. It will be really tough, and I can only hope the weather is with me!!

100% of the money I raise is going to the Green Island Trust and I am not taking anything out for expenses etc
