I will be completing the Humber Bridge Sportive, a 60-mile cycle around North Lincolnshire, in memory of Henry Paul David Fong, who was born on 6th January 2025 and left a profound impact on our lives.

When we lost our son, 4Louis ensured we had the means to remember him. Their support, through memory boxes and keepsakes, gave our family something tangible to hold onto in the darkest of times.

4Louis is a UK charity that works across maternity and neonatal units, supporting anyone affected by miscarriage, stillbirth, and child loss. They provide memory boxes, bereavement training for healthcare professionals, and improvements to bereavement suites to ensure families have the space and support they need.

We are raising awareness and support for 4Louis so they can continue their invaluable work for families like ours.
